It certainly is nice to see some celebs actually interacting with their followers, and Oprah Winfrey’s twitter page certainly gives that impression. This is the page, and with only 6.5 million followers, she is still lagging behind Lady Gaga on facebook (32 MILLION likes) but seriously kicking Queen Latifa’s facebook ass because she only has 260,000 facebook likes.

Does James Durbin, American Idol legend and – it has to be said – seriously good singer – have a Twitter page? No - he does not. Come on James – I will set you one up if you are stuck, you can contact me here pretty easily. . I did find a number of (some of them rather disturbing) fan sites on twitter. Having recently started watching these things and noticed that Charlie Sheen has over three million followers on Twitter, I thought I would take a look and see who has the most twitter followers full stop. Lady Gaga takes the top slot with over 9 million, with Justin Bieber coming in a close second.

For those of us who watch these things, this is quite an accomplishment – seeing as how Charlie Sheen is now “unemployed,” getting 3,000,000 followers is impressive. Not bad for an out of work actor.
